Chrome Hearts Australia
Sterling silver made like armour, and hoodies that cost more than suits — on purpose.
Since 1988, Chrome Hearts has made everything the slow way: .925 silver cast and finished by hand in Los Angeles, leather cut in-house, gothic script on heavyweight fleece. Nothing about it is subtle, and that’s the point. Outfitly is an independent retailer — we source pieces individually and ship Australia-wide.
- Solid .925 sterling silver — weight you can feel
- Cross, dagger and fleur-de-lis motifs across the range
- Every item checked before it ships

Why a silver ring costs what a gold one does
Chrome Hearts inverted the jewellery logic. The material is silver — not rare — but the making is everything: pieces are cast, assembled and hand-finished in the brand’s own Hollywood workshops rather than outsourced, and the silver is used thick. Pick up a Chrome Hearts ring after a mall-brand ring and the first thing you notice is the weight. That heft, the depth of the carving, and the fact that production never scaled to meet demand is the whole value story — and why pieces hold their price on the secondary market year after year.
The range at Outfitly
Chrome Hearts rings
The classic entry point. Cross and dagger bands, floral-carved pieces, stackable widths. One ring reads as jewellery; three read as a statement. Sizing runs US — our ring page covers the conversion.
Bracelets
ID-plate links, heavy chain, and leather-with-silver hybrids. The piece that shows in every handshake and every photo where sleeves are pushed up. Heavier than it looks — deliberately.
Hoodies
Heavyweight fleece with the cemetery cross and gothic script prints. Cut generous, built to outlast trends it started. The apparel piece that made the silver brand a streetwear brand.
Which piece first?
Living with silver
Sterling silver tarnishes — that’s chemistry, not a flaw. Chrome Hearts pieces are actually designed to age: the recessed carving darkens while the high points stay bright, which is what gives worn pieces their depth. Three habits keep them right:
Wear it — seriously
Skin contact slows tarnish. Pieces worn daily look better than pieces kept in boxes. The worst thing for silver is a drawer.
Keep it out of pools and gyms
Chlorine attacks silver, and sweat accelerates tarnish. Take rings off for swimming and heavy sessions; wipe pieces with a soft cloth after hot days.
Polish the highs, leave the lows
A silver cloth on the raised surfaces restores the shine and leaves the dark antiquing in the carving alone. Never dip-clean a Chrome Hearts piece — dip strips the patina flat and kills the contrast.
Weight, stamp placement and finish depth are how you judge a piece in hand — every item we ship is checked against these before it goes out, and our product photos show the actual piece where possible. Questions about a specific item? Ask before ordering; we’d rather answer twice than ship wrong once.
