Heavy is the feature

Pick up a Chrome Hearts chain bracelet and the first surprise is the mass — the links are cast solid, not hollow-formed, so a bracelet can carry the heft of another brand's necklace. That weight is the whole experience: you feel it settle when you put it on in the morning, and it moves with a slow swing that thin chains can't fake. The carving works the same way as the rings — deep-cut crosses and fleur-de-lis that darken in the recesses over years while the high surfaces stay polished from wear.

The leather styles run the other direction: quieter, lighter, closer to the brand's 1988 leather-goods roots. Silver hardware on a leather strap breaks in with you — after a few months the strap holds your wrist's shape, and the piece looks better at year three than day one.

First silver piece, or you work with your hands

→ Leather (adjustable) — safe every time

Get the wrist size right

Silver link bracelets don't adjust, so measure before ordering. Wrap a strip of paper or a tape snugly around the wrist bone, mark where it meets, and measure the length. Add about 1.5 to 2 centimetres for a link bracelet — enough for it to move and settle at the wrist bone, where it's meant to sit. Tighter than that and the links dig when you type; looser and the ID plate flips face-down. Leather styles forgive, silver doesn't — when in doubt on a link piece, ask us with your measurement and we'll confirm against the exact bracelet.

Two things buyers ask

Will it scratch my watch — or will my watch scratch it?

Silver is softer than steel, so worn on the same wrist as a steel watch, the bracelet takes the scratches. Wear them on opposite wrists. Small surface marks on silver polish out with a cloth and honestly become part of the piece.

How do I keep it from going dark?

Wear it — daily skin contact is the best anti-tarnish there is. Keep it off in pools, wipe it after the gym, and hit the high surfaces with a silver cloth monthly. The dark in the deep carving stays; that contrast is the look.

Stacking it later
Most people come back for a second piece. A bracelet stacks naturally with a ring on the same hand — same motifs, same silver, and the set builds one piece at a time without ever looking planned.
